Privacy Policy
Last revised: September 29, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how ComprasMiami collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use ComprasMiami.shop.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, username, email address, company name, business contact details, website, location, buyer profile information, supplier information, products, commercial preferences and communications with us.
Supplier applicants may also provide company-registration information, documents, product information, pricing information, grading or transparency practices, logos and other business materials.
We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, security logs and cookie or similar identifier data.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and improve the Site, create and administer accounts, manage memberships, display supplier profiles and offers, provide buyer tools, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, understand Site usage, comply with legal obligations and communicate service-related information.
Where required by applicable law, we will seek consent before sending promotional marketing communications. You may opt out of promotional email at any time.
3. Payment Information
Payments are currently processed by PayPal or another payment provider identified at checkout. ComprasMiami does not need to store your full payment-card number when payment is handled by the payment provider. We may receive and retain transaction information such as payment status, amount, subscription identifier, billing status and transaction reference needed to operate your membership.
4. Buyer and Supplier Profiles
Some information is intended to be shared with other authorized users. For example, a supplier may choose to publish company identity, products, contact channels and commercial information to eligible buyers. Buyer account and business-profile information may be used to operate member features, improve the service and support direct buyer–supplier communication where applicable.
Uploaded supplier verification or registration documents are intended for internal review unless we clearly state otherwise. We do not publish such documents merely because they were uploaded.
5. When We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site, process payments, host data, deliver email, maintain security or provide analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use essential cookies for login, account security, preferences and site operation, and may use analytics or performance technologies to understand how the Site is used. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some Site functions may then stop working correctly.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations and protect against fraud. Retention periods differ depending on the type of information and why it is held.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
To make a privacy request, email info@comprasmiami.shop. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect passwords and account access.
10. International Users and Data Transfers
ComprasMiami is based in Miami, Florida, USA and serves an international B2B audience. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate measures.
11. Children
ComprasMiami is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
