Terms and Conditions
Last revised: September 26, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ComprasMiami.shop by visitors, registered users, paid members, buyers and suppliers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, purchasing a membership from, submitting information to, or otherwise using ComprasMiami.shop (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for that company.
2. Platform Services
ComprasMiami provides market information intended primarily for the wholesale technology trade. Services may include public pricing information, market comparisons, supplier information, paid access to supplier identities and contact details, buyer tools, supplier directories, supplier profiles and supplier offer visibility.
Features, prices and data fields may change as the platform develops. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
3. Accounts and Memberships
Some features require registration or a paid membership. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
We may refuse, limit or suspend access where information appears false, incomplete, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Payments, Renewals and Cancellation
Paid memberships and supplier services may be billed on a recurring basis at the price disclosed at checkout or enrollment. Payments are currently processed through PayPal or another provider identified at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the recurring amount until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals subject to the billing rules shown in your account and by the payment provider. Fees already paid are not automatically refundable merely because a user stops using the service, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
5. Supplier Information, Profiles and Listings
Suppliers may submit business information, products, pricing, availability, contact details, registration information, grading practices and other commercial information. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful, current and not misleading.
ComprasMiami may review submitted information and may indicate factual items such as that a document is on file or that a public registration record was checked. Unless expressly stated, such review is not a certification, endorsement, guarantee of solvency, guarantee of product quality or assurance that a supplier will perform a transaction.
6. Transactions Between Buyers and Suppliers
Buyers and suppliers deal directly with one another. They are responsible for negotiating price, condition, quantity, payment terms, shipping, insurance, customs, taxes, inspection, warranties, returns, compliance, product authenticity and other transaction terms.
Users should perform their own commercial due diligence before sending funds or goods. ComprasMiami is not a party to user transactions unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
7. Site Content and Intellectual Property
The Site, its original text, presentation, software, databases, branding, graphics, market organization and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for legitimate internal business purposes.
You may not systematically scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute or compile Site content, supplier data or pricing data into a competing database, directory or commercial service without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, distribute malware, interfere with security, harvest credentials, send unlawful unsolicited communications, infringe third-party rights, manipulate listings, or attempt unauthorized access to protected information.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to supplier websites, PayPal, email services and other third parties. Those services are independently operated and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement.
10. Market Data and Other Disclaimers
Prices, availability, trends, specifications, grades and supplier information may change rapidly and may originate from third parties. Although we aim to present useful information, market data may contain delays, omissions or errors.
Displayed pricing is not a binding offer by ComprasMiami. Users should confirm current pricing, availability, condition and transaction terms directly with the relevant supplier before relying on the information.
The Site is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, commercial results, savings, supplier performance or transaction success.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComprasMiami and its owners, affiliates, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or losses arising from transactions between users, third-party conduct, inaccurate third-party information, shipment loss, payment disputes or product defects.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site, unlawful conduct, submitted content, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to payment failure, comply with law, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or protect the Site and its data.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes concerning these Terms or the Site will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Users remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to them and to cross-border transactions, including import/export, customs, sanctions, tax, telecommunications and product-safety laws.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform, business or applicable laws change. The revised date will be displayed at the top.
